1. Data controller

2. Scope of collected data

We process data you voluntarily provide through the contact form (name, email address, phone number, message, planned date), as well as technical data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, visit time, referral source).

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • responding to inquiries and handling bookings (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
  • traffic analytics to improve the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest),
  • marketing of our services, including remarketing (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent).

4. Cookies

The site uses cookies in the following categories:

  • Necessary — required for the site to function (e.g. remembering your consent decision). Do not require consent.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (ID G-CR2BED29MV). Helps us understand how you use the site. Loaded only after consent is granted.
  • Marketing / advertising — used to measure ad performance and present personalized content (Google Ads). Loaded only after consent is granted.

5. Consent Mode (Google Consent Mode v2)

We use the Google Consent Mode v2 mechanism. Until consent is granted, all marketing and analytics tags operate in restricted mode — without storing cookies and without sending user-identifying data. 6. Data recipients and transfer outside the EEA

Analytics and marketing data (after consent is granted) are shared with Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC (USA). Transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, restrict processing, transfer it, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. 8. Retention period

Data from contact forms is stored for the period necessary to handle the inquiry and, after its completion, for the time required by law. Analytics data — for 14 months (default Google Analytics 4 retention).
